Bill holds a deep passion for the human resources field and has dedicated the majority of his career to assisting companies effectively outsource HR without sacrificing the dependability of hiring an in-house team member.
His credentials include a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Loyola University Chicago.

Julie is a passionate human resources professional with many years of progressive experience working in industries that include transportation, manufacturing, senior housing, real estate, insurance, banking, and financial institutions. Known for her knowledge as a trusted business partner to management, she simultaneously serves as an advocate for company employees. In addition to daily hands-on human resources functions, she is also an expert at human resources strategy.
Julie's credentials include Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University.
